Vitamin C - (L-ascorbic acid) is the most well known vitamin in the world, for its excellent health-boosting affect. Vitamin C is not produced in the body internally, therefore relying on external sources for supplementation. Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant and can protect against oxidation and artery damage by improving the dilation of blood vessels, reducing blood pressure, and improving symptoms associated with heart disease and diabetes. Vitamin C is required for biosynthesis of collagen, L-carnitine, certain neurotransmitters and protein metabolism. Vitamin C is such an important physiological antioxidant, it is able to regenerate other antioxidants within the human body.

B Complex (B1, B2, B3, B5)B Vitamins are essential for converting food into energy, therefore B-Complex is recommended to anyone wanting an energy boost. B1 (Thiamine) is critical for the brain and nervous system. Thiamine plays a critical role in energy metabolism, particularly growth, development, and function of cells. B2 (Riboflavin-5-phosphate) is used for the development of skin, lining of the digestive tract, blood cells and other vital organs. B3 (Niacinamide) is required for proper utilisation of fats and sugars in the body. B5 (Dexpanthenol) is critical for manufacturing red blood cells. It is also important for the break down of fats and carbohydrates (converting into energy).

Zinc - is the second most abundant trace metal in the human body, functioning as a cofactor in over 300 different enzymes, and also interacts with insulin. It is known for its promotion of wound healing, regulates immune function, and serves as a cofactor for numerous antioxidant enzymes. It is necessary for protein synthesis and the processing of collagen.

Glycine - is a non-essential amino acid, having a wide spectrum of defending characteristics against different injuries and diseases. Similarly to other nutritionally non-essential amino acids, Glycine plays a critical role in controlling epigenetics and physiological functions in human and animals.

Magnesium Sulphate - is the fourth most abundant cation in the body and plays an important physiological role in many of its functions. There have been many benefits linked to magnesium supplementation such as improved mood, provides protection against inflammation, helps reduce blood pressure, supports exercise performance, assists with migraines (frequency and severity), and may improve PMS symptoms.

GABA - (Gamma-aminobutyric acid) is an amino acid best known for its role as a neurotransmitter that acts on both the brain and central nervous system. Its main function is to reduce the activity of nerve cells in the nervous system.

Taurine - is the most abundant intracellular sulphur-containing amino acid, is synthesised from methionine and cysteine in the presence of Vitamin B6. It plays a vital role in bile salt formation and fat digestion. It is involved in the maintenance of homeostasis of intracellular Na+ and intracellular Ca2+ concentrations and the balance of neurotransmitters.

Serine - is a non-essential amino acid and it is a precursor for cysteine, selenocysteine, tryptophan, glycine, and phospholipids. Serine comes in two forms: L-serine and D-serine. L-serine can be consumed in food and made within the body. D-serine is made in the body from L-serine.

Arginine - is a semi-essential a-amino acid that is used in the biosynthesis of proteins. It plays an important role in cell division, wound healing, ammonia removal, immune function and the release of hormones.

Lysine - (or L-lysine), is an essential amino acid necessary for human health as the body cannot make it. One of the building blocks of protein.

Ornithine - (or L-Ornithine) is one of the products of the action of the enzyme arginase on L-arginine, creating urea.

Glutamine - is the most abundant amino acid in the body. Your body adequately makes enough for its regular needs however, when under extreme stress, your body may need more than it can make on its own. Glutamine is important in removing excess ammonia and assisting the immune system function appropriately.

Carnitine - (L-carnitine), derived from an amino acid, and found in almost every cell of the body. It plays a critical role in energy production, transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria so they can be oxidised to produce energy.

Inositol - is a carbohydrate found in both your body and in food. There are various forms of the molecule, having similar chemical structure to glucose.

Methionine - an essential amino acid, not made in the human body. Therefore, it must be consumed in the diet. It plays an important role in the many functions within the body.

Choline - is very similar to B Vitamins; it can be made in the liver and is found in various food. Choline is used for many illness' and has been utilised by athletes and pregnant women for various preventions.

Methylcobalamin Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) is required for proper red blood cell formation, neurological function and DNA synthesis.
